🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Rohit Clothora
At Rohit Clothora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process. Please read the policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns are not accepted for innerwear, accessories, or items sold under clearance/sale (due to hygiene and discount reasons).
2. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval/rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet) or as store credit, based on your preference.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund or replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, socks, accessories, and clearance sale items are non-returnable & non-refundable.
5. Return Process
Go to the My Orders section on our website.
Select the item you wish to return and choose the reason.
Our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your location.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned time, please check with your bank or payment provider.
